Meditation with MB

Join MB in a weekly meditation and light breathwork session to release tension and clear your mind of the uncertain. Meditation and breathwork combined has been shown to reduce anxiety and oxidative stress on the body and brain. This session will be done virtually as we continue to abide by regulations for quarantine. You will receive a zoom link prior to the meditation to join.
