We are so excited to introduce The Classroom @ Balanced Health and Wellness! We took over the space next door and will be offering many different types of classes to give you the tools you need to live a long healthy life. By leasing the building next to ours and turning it into “The Classroom,” our highly-trained wellness professionals are now able to reach even more people with expertly organized and informative exercise and nutrition classes designed to improve any interested student’s overall health and wellness.

Whether you are looking for tips and tricks to help you make the most of every workout, or your biggest struggle is making sure you’re feeding your body the right way to optimize your health, our new classes at The Classroom are sure to answer all your questions. The Classroom will host classes featuring some of the same great information including: Nutrition Classes, Postural Correction Classes, Intro to Yoga, Meditation, and so much more to come! With an intimate atmosphere intended to help you focus on learning, as well as help you meet others with the same interests! Our new exercise classes will be available for groups of 10-12 people, while our nutrition classes will be able to accommodate as many as 25 students per class.
